This will be a critical event for your company and employee engagement. It is a chance to focus not on theory behind AI, but on the “nuts and bolts” of providing the infrastructure needed to support AI work.
WTS is an interactive forum for the exchange of ideas and information. As a WTS sponsor, you’ll get major recognition for supporting this cutting-edge IEEE-hosted initiative.
Sponsor Specifics
Sponsoring WTS is a unique chance for you to facilitate discussion of real-world technical problems and solutions, forge connections with potential partners, show the industry how you can help support the AI infrastructure of the near-future, and most of all, learn from others how to solve your specific problems.
This is not a large trade show with a separate exhibit hall, but a medium-size event with exhibit tables located in the area where attendees will be walking during breaks and lunches.

All tables are 8 feet by 30 inches.
Platinum sponsors are major supporters of the conference who will participate in an Executive Session the day before the main conference and who have contributed to defining the conference topics and will in the future. If platinum sponsors wish to have a table to provide information, that is an option, Platinum sponsor logos will be displayed on the WTS website sponsors page.
Gold sponsors will also participate in an Executive Session the day before the main conference. They may have an exhibit table area in which to share technology options. Gold sponsor logos will be displayed on the WTS website sponsors page.
Silver sponsors are smaller companies looking for opportunities to share their company’s technology with many larger companies. These smaller companies might include startups. They may also have an exhibit table. Silver sponsor logos will be displayed on the WTS website sponsors page.
Bronze sponsorship is a lower-cost option for companies who will be offered a table from which to demonstrate their technology.
All sponsorship levels are provided with employee registrations. Companies should send at least the number listed under “Included Employee Registrations” to maximize the benefits of the event. This excludes the executive panel speakers, who also receive complimentary registrations.
PROMOTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
As a no-cost option, Promotional Partners are a select group that agree to help promote the WTS event to their constituencies and agree to have their logo displayed on the WTS website sponsors page as an indication of their endorsement of the conference.
